Scheduled to go live sometime around the beginning of March, Infomark will have a new product designed to provide cost effective customer feedback for Topeka area businesses. It will be a product that will allow you not only to monitor your own customers impressions and reactions to your business or service, but compare that data with other businesses in the same industry. As online surveying becomes more and more accepted as a viable alternative to other more traditional research techniques, many businesses are seeing the benefits not only in cost, but in the potential for real-time data viewing, remote access, and the many other benefits that technology driven research has to offer. Congratulations everyone and thanks for all the help during the elections! We know you all worked some extra hours (OK maybe more than "some") but we made it through and everyone did a wonderful job. Well, the website is coming along it seems. I hope to get as much input as possible from our own staff as well as anyone else who might have suggestions for Additional features to add to the website.
